Paranormal # 1: Prepare your brain

The right side of your brain uses what is called today intuitive intelligence, this side does not analyze does not question anything it just sees, or better, it perceives things.
Everybody’s got intuition to some extent but for most people it is like an abandoned garden where flowers fade prefering mostly a plastic world, a deterministic world.

When using the right side of your brain your eyes will turn to the left, and opposite, when using the left side of your brain, the most analitycal, intellectual side your eyes will turn to the right.

When using the right side of your brain, your brain waves will slow down in speed but will grow up in intensity giving you more clarity.

A simple exercise will be to use your right side when trying to find a solution for a problem, do not analyze but wait for impressions, impressions are always there awaiting to be listened to, and first impressions are usually the good ones, just take it.

It is all about connecting with yourself, switching off your own mind noise and connecting with your inner self. The brain is a wonderful instrument that can be educated and shaped, take care of your brain and your brain will take care of you, feed your brain with beautiful music, images, films and let only positive things in.

Feed your brain with good things and your heart will follow, forget old learned systems and give your brain and heart a new try.
